Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Digital Products
All products sold through Solute Digital are digital downloads, including Canva templates, social media templates, guides, and other downloadable resources.
As these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, returns, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
Please ensure you carefully review the product description, features, compatibility requirements, and any included information before making your purchase.
Exceptions:
Refunds will only be considered if:
• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
• You did not receive access to the purchased product and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• There is a significant technical fault with the product that cannot be remedied.
Requests for refunds based on change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of software knowledge, or failure to read the product description will not be accepted.
Product Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital product. It is your responsibility to download and save your files after purchase.
